For this job position you will be hired in as customer service representative, but once you're comfortable with the responsibilities and duties then you start learning the sales position and learning those duties.

This Customer Service position is critical in ensuring we meet that goal. This person serves customers by answering questions, concerns, and finding out the customer's needs, while also confirming orders, working as a team, and filling out legal paperwork. This Customer Service position is responsible for executing all customer operations.

Main responsibilities and duties:

The Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Track record of serving others and putting team goals first
• Owners mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility
• Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
• Pass a background check
• 18 or older.
• A flexible schedule ideally looking for full time.

Starting out as customer service your base pay is $700 a week (full-time), but you will still also earn commission from deals the sales positions are closing.

Beginning pay ranges between $700 - $1,500 a week. Once you start learning the sales position, then you will be making your own commission so $1,500+ a week.
